Splyt for Claude
Connect Splyt to Claude and ask about your own training — what you lifted, how a lift is progressing, what is planned this week, how you slept. Claude reads your Splyt data; it can’t change anything.
Connect
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add Splyt. If Splyt isn’t listed, choose “Add custom connector”, name it Splyt and use this URL: https://splyt.fit/mcp
Claude opens a Splyt sign-in page. Sign in with the account you use in the Splyt app (Google, an emailed link, or email and password), then choose Allow.
You need a Splyt account with some training in it. The connector is free; it works for every Splyt account.
What Claude can read
Training overview — your recent weeks, totals and streaks.
Workouts — any workout you logged: exercises, sets, reps and weights.
Exercise progress — the history of one lift and its estimated one-rep max over time.
Personal records — your best sets.
Training plan — your split, templates and what is planned for the coming days.
Daily health — sleep, steps, the Splyt ring and body weight, as synced from the app.
Habits — your habits and how often you kept them.
Things to ask
“How did my bench press progress over the last three months?”
“What did I do in my last leg day, and what should I add next time?”
“How many workouts did I do this month compared to last?”
“What’s on my plan for the rest of the week?”
Your data
The connector only reads, and only your own account — the same data you see in the app. It never writes, deletes or shares anything, and it can’t see anyone else’s training.

To remove access, disconnect Splyt in Claude’s connector settings. Access ends immediately.
